Vaultform issues corporate cards and automates expense reporting for fast-growing companies. As headcount crossed 300, its finance team was still reconciling spend from PDF statements days after the fact with no way to stop an over-budget purchase before it happened.
Codvas designed and built Vaultform’s web platform and a companion mobile app, giving finance leaders real-time control and employees a fast, low-friction way to submit and approve expenses from anywhere.

Vaultform’s finance team needed to move from after-the-fact reporting to real-time control, without adding friction for the employees actually spending the money. That meant a web platform serious enough for CFOs, and a mobile app simple enough that a new hire could submit their first expense in under a minute.
Security and compliance were non-negotiable from the start — the product needed to be SOC 2-ready before the first enterprise customer signed. Codvas worked alongside Vaultform’s compliance advisors throughout design and build.
